All our products are hand made by experienced craftspeople in the Philippines.
Each item varies slightly and each one is unique.
We regularly visit the factory workshop where our products are made and it has undergone a stringent audit to ensure that labour structures, wages and conditions meet ours, and international standards.
All natural materials that we use in our products such as Vertagus Trumpet seashells are ethically sourced and produced.
We have made every effort to accurately show the true colour of our lamps in our images but we cannot guarantee that your monitor will accurately display this. |
Cleaning & Care
Do not use polish, only clean dry duster or gentle cleaning with vacuum brush tool. |

Delivery
We endeavour to send out orders within 1 week from receipt but in busy times this may be longer. Before despatch of orders payment must be accepted and billing/delivery address verified.

Returns
Return must be received by us within 14 days of your receipt of goods. Returns should be sent to Tay Trading (UK) Ltd, Studios YO1 & YO1A Access House, 443 Norwood Road, London, SE27 9DQ. We will refund the original PayPal account used for payment within 48 hrs of receiving the returned items. The refund will include the full value of the items returned but excluding the original delivery cost unless the product is faulty. We will not accept returns after 14 days of payment. |
